November 20, 2023. Grand Rapids, Michigan. Van Andel Arena. Monday Night RAW. Tegan Nox and Natalya wanted to know when they were getting their rightful shot at the WWE Women's Tag Titles. Nox has a claim having defeated tag team champs Chelsea Green and Piper Niven in singles matches. Katana Chance & Kayden Carter and Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell had the audacity to demand title matches even though they've done nothing to earn a shot. Ivy Nile & Maxxine Dupri literally walked into what became a four way #1 contender's match.
Nox got a chance to mix it up with the impressive Ivy Nile in the early going, smacking the diamonds out of her mine with a running PK. All four teams battled back and forth. Nox even playfully gave Indi a thumbs down. It came back to Nox against Nile. Ivy got smashed with a headbutt then lifted up in a gourdbuster and dropped down on Indi. Soon after, Maxxine tagged in and paid homage to her Alpha Academy cohort Otis with The Caterpillar and an elbow drop. After Dupri worked over Nox a bit, she tagged in Nile for a double suplex.
Nile and Dupri wasted time posing on the ropes, giving Natalya her moment to pull Nile off. Maxxine flew off the top rope with a crossbody but Nox rolled through to score the pinfall victory. Natalya and Tegan Nox are officially the #1 contenders for the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles. Chelsea Green and Piper Niven were ringside. Green ran her big mouth, shaking in fear knowing Tegan is even closer now to giving her jaw that promised smack. I'm excited for that. Nox and Natalya becoming the new women's tag team champions would be a bonus.
Tegan and Natalya expressed their excitement on RAW Talk. Nox found out she can ride in Natalya's Ferrari anytime. When they win the tag team titles, they'll have matching very expensive jackets. Something about Natalya's bundle of cats and Tegan's two dogs. By the way... my Chocolate Labrador Hershee is a big fan of Tegan's dogs. Tegan and Natalya conga lined off to celebrate. Some more title tacos? Nox and Natalya will challenge Niven and Green for the tag titles on the November 27, 2023 episode of RAW. Tegan finally gets her chance to SMACK.
