Jacking the Jaw

October 16, 2023. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Paycorn Center. Monday Night RAW. Tegan Nox was hanging out backstage with Katana Chance and Kayden Carter. Nikki Cross sat behind them on a storage crate. I'm assuming they were aware she was there. Was Nikki aware she herself was there? The original pain in the ass Chelsea Green barged on in, implying Natalya had manipulated the "naive rookie" Nox, unlike herself who graciously took Piper Niven in and made her a WWE Women's Tag Team Champion.

Nox corrected the aloof Green that it was Piper who forced her to make her co-holder of the tag team titles. Green gasped in disbelief which Tegan mimicked back at her. Carter and Chance were amused. Nikki reared her head... I'm assuming that's her amused.

Chelsea warned Nox to not cross her. Tegan wasn't intimidated by that Karen, telling her that her interactions with Becky Lynch reminded her to not let anyone disrespect her. So, the question posed from Nox to Green was how quickly she can hide behind Piper when Tegan smacks her in the jaw. Later on, Niven and Green continued to attack Natalya after Piper defeated her in a match. This time it was Tegan Nox who made the save, pushing Green to the floor because she wasn't worth a smack...yet. Piper took her leave rather than deal with both Nox and Natalya.

On RAW Talk, Tegan was asked if she might consider pursuing the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles with Natalya as her partner. Nox wasn't sure given their past back and forth but knows Natalya and her have common enemies in Piper Niven and "that sound in my ear" Chelsea Green. Nox closed things out stating Niven and Green don't deserve the titles and she does like gold. What self-respecting dragon doesn't? Interviewer Jackie Redmond remarked this sounds more about Green and Niven than Natalya. Tegan pointed back at Jackie, implying she agrees.
